West Elementary Enrichment Programs
West Elementary has wonderful enrichment programs that are up and running. Some of the offerings are: Math Olympiad, Continental Math League, School Newspaper, Student Council, Flag Football, Volleyball, Running Club, and Third Grade Chorus. We have seventeen faculty members and one parent running the enrichment groups. If you have a talent that you would like to share in a four to eight week Enrichment course, before or after school, please contact lroos@aps1.net. The majority of any funds raised will go to outfitting the rest of the fourth grade with SMART technology. We were thrilled to get closer to that goal by having three boards installed in early October.
